Homemade products : Bread, “cretons”, jams, apple jelly, applesauce, hollandaise sauce, pie, pastries…

Breakfast in included, otherwise the room rate is reduced by $10 per person.

4 course menu, different menu each day, served in a friendly, charming, welcoming and bright dining room.

 

FIRST COURSE

  • Strawberry or raspberry mousse

  • Granola yogurt and maple syrup

  • Pineapple cream with lemon and « limoncello »

  • Grand marnier strawberries

  • Caramelized pear

 

SECOND COURSE

Toast, bagel ou croissant served with “cretons” or Quebec cheese and various jam, including blueberry lavender and rum jam, or applesauce or apple jelly...

 

MAIN COURSE

  • Tasty and varied omelets (shrimps, asparagus, mushrooms and sundried tomatoes)

  • Egg benedict and smoked salmon

  • Frittata

  • Asparagus ham crepes, baked in the oven and hollandaise sauce

  • French toast with Cointreau, crepe “suzette” style

Each plate is nicely decorated with a nice selection of fresh fruit.

DESSERT TABLE

  • The famous maple syrup pie, “my mother’s recipe”, and another choice of dessert.
